i know that i really haven't been posting on here very much, i've just had so much schoolwork that i have to do, but not annoying enough work to really complain about it too much
#that being said, i did just get a new minesweeper pb, which is what made me think of this blog

#anyway i do want to try to do more with this site, but i can't really promise that will happen

ok i'm going to talk about silksong now so only click read more if you want spoilers
so i really liked it a lot. i would say that it was even better than hollow knight. i'm especially a big fan of the movement (specifically being able to run and also i like drifter's cloak a lot (and actually clawline is cool too))
my favourite crest by far was reaper crest. i'm a really big fan of actually being able to pogo off of things properly and it's fun to be able to hit things from a way off just with the needle (and longclaw is cool), and overall i generally enjoy being able to chain pogos off of bosses and just goomba stomp them. my favourite red tool was cogfly; i'm a big fan of just being able to send out a silly little guy to go kill things.
my favourite boss was definitely clover dancers, but i really liked a lot of the bosses and i'm planning to maybe make a tier list or some sort of ranking and post that on here eventually, but we'll see what happens there.
anyway yeah i really liked silksong i'll maybe talk about it here more in the future, but we'll see

i just realized i was going to make a post on here once i beat silksong, but then i beat it on friday and forgot to say anything. i'm going to leave for school in a few minutes so i don't really have time to talk about it right now, but once i get home, i will do that
#i have changed my mind about act 3 though
#as of the last post on here where i mentioned silksong, i wasn't a big fan of it because of all of the void stuff, but really it's not that bad actually

stones and agates
lego pieces
loose change
pens
pencils
extra shoelaces
a broken zipper
earplugs
random bits of paper
three raw beans
reminders of who i am
where i've been
where i'm going
each thing has a purpose
even if that purpose is just for it to be there
i keep things because it would feel wrong not to
how could i not keep anything if i'm not yet done with it
anything that isn't ready to leave
if not in my pockets, i can at least keep it on my desk
on my nightstand
in my closet
in my bag
as long as it's somewhere
anywhere
nowhere
wherever something is is where it needs to be
my things know where to keep themselves

#there are definitely a few things that i would have reworded if i had had time, but we only had like 15ish minutes, so it gets to stay a bit clunky
