these are the blog posts i made in december of 2025. i've moved them to a new page because it was getting annoying to scroll all the way down when i was editing the homepage. also, blog archive is in chronological order now rather than reverse chronological and this will continue in the future

I GOT INTO COLLEGE LET'S GOOOOOOOOO
#i just got the application decision email from my top choice school
#like, i was almost guaranteed, because it's not a particularly competitive school and i have good grades and all of that

y'know, if you think about it, a laptop is basically just a really big flip phone
#this thought came to my mind because i have been trying to learn right handed dvorak and that has meant that i've been wandering around my room carrying my computer in one hand and typing with the other hand
#also you should look up the right handed dvorak keyboard it's so hilariously awful looking
#there's also a left handed one, but i'm right handed so that's the one that i'm learning

i've been thinking about the way that the blog archive here on this website works and i have decided that going forward the archive is going to be in chronological order (rather than reverse chronological), mainly because sometimes i mention a previous post and it wouldn't make sense for the second post to appear above the post that i'm talking about. that being said, i'm still keeping the homepage in reverse chronological order because i think it's nice to have the most recent post at the top
#also in keeping with me not liking anything on this blog to make sense, i'm going to keep past archives in reverse chronological to preserve that history or whatever
#and also because it would be mildly annoying for me to go back and move the posts around
#it's going to be a bit annoying to move the december posts around (and other months going forward) but that's a sacrifice that i'm willing to make
