oh god b-days are going to suck

#i knew based on my schedule that it wasn't going to be great, but i was hoping that art would make it somewhat bearable
#but that class has almost fourty people in it and it's so incredibly loud that i really don't know whether i'm going to be able to accomplish anything
#english is also pretty loud but i kind of expected that class to not be super great anyway
#i also am sitting at a table completely on my own in english which is also kind of not great
#the other classes were spanish and theory of knowledge, which both seem fine but not great
#all of my teachers this year seems pretty good though so that's something
#i'm just either not super excited about the classes themselves or in the case of art it's just way too loud
#overall i think that my best b-day class is still going to be art, but i'm not super excited about any of them
#also in case anyone reading this doesn't know what i mean by "b-day", my school has a block schedule, so i have each class every day and they're divided into a and b days

ok so first day of classes. i had my 1st through 4th period today and i have the other four tomorrow. first impressions are that my theatre classes seem great and i also really like my math teacher and that will be a great class as well. i also forcasted for bio because i wasn't sure if the science credits that i had were able to be counted properly, but they are counted so i'm going to talk to my counselor to drop bio and get a ta period or something

#but yeah i'm glad that i don't have to take bio; that class seems pretty boring
#the teacher seems fine, but it definetly just feels like a general science class

ok so i had my first day of senior year today (although it was a half day. first real day is tomorrow) and it was basically just an assembly and then we went home

#also i've been consistently getting decent times in minesweeper. i've gotten multiple in the 130s and a 126, so that consistency is cool. no new pbs though yet

i always think that it's at least a little bit funny when like, random things tell you to share their thing on social media with like, a specific thing they want you to copy, because like, "I just beat #MinesweeperOnline in 139 seconds on Expert mode! https://minesweeperonline.com" or something is going to look incredibly jarring when it is next to literally any real posts, and also because, like, most of these things are not an interesting thing to post. like, yay i beat minesweeper mildly fast, like, that's not even that impressive

i got my class schedule for next year and it's looking pretty good. definitely a lighter schedule than last year, which should be nice

#i'm planning to drop the biology class that i'm scheduled for and take a ta period or something, but other than that i'm pretty happy with most of my classes
#don't have a ton of classes with friends though, which is kind of sad :(

hello, i made a couple of buttons for my site so if you want to copy these and put them on your website, you can click them to copy the html for the button.

     

#i might make more of these in the future, but for now i think that these two are good enough
#also if you put one of my buttons on your site i would love if you told me so i could go look at your site and build up a mass of other people's buttons (of course if you need to tell me if you're putting my button on your site, but it would be cool)
#also i'm not sure where to put other people's buttons, so we'll see where those end up going once i have some buttons from other people's sites
